Green salad with mayonnaise sauce and turkey

Ingredients
# For the salad:
400 g lettuce
300 g beans canned corn
6 cherry tomatoes
100 g fresh mushrooms mushrooms
200 g turkey breast
# For the sauce:
2 yolks
250 ml soy or sunflower sunflower oil
150 g yogurt
50 g red pepper
4 gherkins
2 drops Tabasco sauce
on a knife paprika
1 tsp medium hot mustard
white pepper
salt
Method
In high pot stir yolk cream. Pour a white pepper, salt and mustard, then the oil, at the beginning of drops, then a trickle, stirring constantly. Stir vigorously until become white, smooth cream. Use half of the mayonnaise, the other harvested in a jar. To the separated half of the mayonnaise is added yogurt, chopped peppers, drained finely chopped cucumber, 1 tsp of juice them, Tabasco and mix. Washed salad is dried and broken into large pieces, mushrooms stew domatchetata cut into small crescents. All products are mixed and arranged in bowls. Top wound cones of turkey fillet and pour mayonnaise sauce.
