Hawaiian skewers

Ingredients
300 g minced meat
1 brioche
1 egg
juice of 1 lemon
1/2 tsp salt
pinch of pepper
2 halves canned peaches
1 slice pineapple canned (1 disc)
100 g feta cheese
2 tbsp sunflower oil
1 tbsp paprika
few cherries or canned cherries (pitted)
Method
Bun soaked in slightly warm water. Mix the meat with egg gradually, lemon juice, salt, pepper and squeeze muffin. Kneading mince. Shape balls the size of walnuts and bake them in a pan (at moderate temperature use 1 tbsp sunflower oil). Drain peaches and pineapple, cut them into small pieces (about the size of marbles meat). Cut the feta cheese equally large pieces. Distribute the meat balls, fruit and the feta cheese 2-3 spit here and there embellish with cherries or cherry. Bake the skewers on the coals of charcoal or electric grill about 15 minutes. Mix paprika with other sunflower oil and mazhem meat during roasting.
