Healthy sponge cake

Ingredients
4 eggs
1/2 cup copper (maybe more)
2 tbsp olive oil
2 cup rice flour or quinoa flour
1 large apple or peach
1 cup walnuts (or other nuts)
2-3 tbsp seeds - whose sesame or flax seed
1 tbsp egg white (optional)
10 g baking powder
1 vanilla
cocoa optional
fruit for decoration - a choice

Method
Beat the egg whites. Separately, beat egg yolks with honey. Grated apple (peach) and the crushing of large pieces the walnuts. All products without adding egg whites to the egg yolks and mix with a mixer. Add egg whites last and mix with a spatula. Oilme form or baking dish and pour the mixture. Arrange fruit on top for decoration (I used in case blueberries and raspberries) and bake at 200C degrees until ready.
