Ingredients
100 g almonds
2 cup milk (sheep)
2/3 cup cream (confectionery)
3 yolks
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tbsp vishnovka
Method
Almonds pulverized. They add milk and cream. Mix everything very carefully with a wooden spoon. Preheated stove put the almond mixture and stir gently until it boils, then withdraw from the heat to cool. Separately, in a big bowl of water bath was broken yolks with powdered sugar and 1 tbsp vishnovka. Sure the mixture does not boil (5-7 minutes are sufficient in heated stove). Mix the almond and egg mixture until a uniform mixture. Put it in a plastic box and cooled in a freezer.
