Ingredients
1 kg potatoes
salt

Method
Peel the potatoes, cut them like French fries. Leaving them in water to remove starch. Boil water in a saucepan and put the potatoes to cook for 3-4 minutes.Put them in the freezer or icebox for 1 hour. Heating fryer minutes (at a lower temperature) put fries to fry for 3-4 minutes. Remove them and leave them to cool. Again put them to fry, but this time of maximum temperature. Chips are crispy outside and soft inside.

Cutting like a grater you mean the standard for cutting fries, right?

A salt water boiling it down or add to the flavor of fried potatoes.

A word of advice as you start frying them do not overheat frutyurnika poppy and a min. Fry them 3 minutes and then removing them popping to the max and then will become savsek good.
