Ingredients
3 hard boiled eggs
120 g leek
20 olives pitted
savory, salt
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp olive oil

Method
Cut the onion, Salt and pour the vinegar and olive oil . Mix well, add the chopped eggs and olives, season with salt mix well again. Should stand for several hours before serving to blend the flavors.
