Jelly from apples and oranges

Ingredients
2 kg apples
500 g oranges
700 g sugar
1 tsp (5 g) tartaric acid
Method
Apples are cut into pieces, without peel, and with seeds flooded with water. Pressed well with a plate and cook until tender, but without boil. Still warm mixture is filtered through a clean cloth, without pressing the fruit. The finished juice should be about 1 liter. If more boil so that it becomes 1 liter. Oranges are scraped from the orange sheet, cut into pieces and add to the boiling apple juice. Boil over high heat with sugar. Before it is ready, the mixture ostranyava of fire to stand a little and be flavored juice. Strain through cheesecloth and boil over high heat until the sample taken, placed on the edge of the plate gelled. A solution in hot water tartaric acid and boil for another 2-3 minutes. Finished jelly is packed into containers.
