Jelly aronia

Ingredients
2 kg chokeberry
2 kg of sugar
10 g citric acid

Method
Aronia is flooded with water and boil until bursting of the fruits. Strain the juice and mix with sugar. Boil again until ready. Five minutes before turning off is placed citric acid. Fill in dry jars while hot.
