Ingredients
          1 kg karnacheta
          1 cup beer (200-250 ml)
          2-3 tbsp soy sauce or to taste

          Method
              In tray wound karnachetata large snail or smaller. In the glass of beer is poured soy sauce and stir. The liquid is poured into the tray on karnachetata. Bake in preheated oven at 200-220C degrees until boil off or evaporate the liquid.     * Optional can leave little sosche tray. My people love to melt it!
