Kavarma pork

Ingredients
750 g pork
3 tbsp fat
5 onions
250 g mushrooms
1 tsp black pepper, 1/2 tbsp crushed savory, salt
1 cup wine
Method
The meat is boned and cut into strips, then fry in fat. Add the onion, cut into slices and stew until soft by adding a little water. Then add the mushrooms, wine and pepper together with the savory. Salt and distribute a pot. Bake in a preheated oven.
