Kozunak roll with raisins

Ingredients
500 g flour
150 g butter
100 g sugar
150 g raisins
50 g almonds
2 eggs
250 ml milk
20 g yeast
pinch of salt
4 tbsp rum
50 g sugar
50 g butter

Method
Yeast suspended in 4-5 tbsp warm milk and leave to rise. The rest of the lukewarm milk add the butter, eggs, salt and sugar. With flour kneaded medium soft dough that is rolled out. Sprinkle with raisins, previously soaked in a mixture of rum and sugar. Wound on a tight roll. Shrinks circle and put in a greased baking pan in the middle of which there is a cup. Allow to rise at room temperature for 2 hours. Smeared with yolk and remove Prick almonds. Bake in preheated oven to 200 C

flour is not it about milk?

Well Vesi much depends on the humidity in the kneading flour if it seems to you a little added.
