Kyopolou with soy sauce

Ingredients
2 eggplants (about 500 g)
2 cloves garlic
1 onion
1-2 tbsp wine vinegar
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce or ketchup
ground pepper
Method
The oven is heated to 200 C. eggplants cut in half lengthwise and punctured with a fork. Arrange in a baking dish with the fleshy part down. Bake for about 30 minutes or until softening of the skin. Once cool peel and cut. Onions and garlic are also cut. Eggplants smash mash and add other products. Place the mixture in a deep pot. Serve chilled.
