Ingredients
2-3 finished cake bases
250 g cream
250 g margarine
1 cup minced meat or finely chopped walnuts
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup sugar
10 g gelatin

Method
Beat cream until hardened. Mix margarine and powdered sugar until evenly mixed. Then mix both the cream and gently add up the cold gelatin. Kroc - caramelized sugar and add the walnuts. Then spread the mixture in a baking dish greased with butter. When the caramel mixture cool her crushed in a mortar and add to the already finished cream. Moist the bases with juice compote or other optional syrup and cream.
