Layered cake with coconut flour

Ingredients
# For the base:
5 egg whites
120 g sugar
160 g grated coconut
# For the cream:
200 g butter
100 g of powdered sugar
5 yolks
4 tbsp cocoa
2 egg whites
coconut flour for dusting
Method
Whip snow with sugar. Was added thereto, coconut flour, stirred carefully, and the mixture was poured into a baking dish, covered with paper. Bake in a moderate oven. The butter cream to mix with the sugar until white. Add the egg yolks one by one, cocoa dissolved in a little water or milk, and egg whites broken down into snow with 2 tablespoons sugar. The base is syrupy. Optional can be flooded with a few tablespoons of milk. Cover with cream, not smoothed, and sprinkle with coconut flour.
