Layered cake St. Valentine - II type

# For the bases:
8 eggs
2 cup sugar
2 cup flour
50 ml sunflower oil
20 g cocoa
# For the cream:
ready cream of your choice
# For the syrup:
compote of cherries
# For glaze:
100 g of milk chocolate
1 tbsp sunflower oil
100 ml pastry cream

Eggs crash around five minutes. To these are added the sugar and stir until nice homogeneous. Gradually add flour and finally the oil. Half was stirred cocoa. In a greased baking dish, sprinkle with flour Pour white mixture. Bake at 160 C until browned. Then baked brown mixture. Finished bases are cut in the shape of a heart. One base is placed in a tray and syrup, dab with pre shattered cream on top and put the other base (pre-moist). Spread the entire cake with the cream. Pour in melted chocolate in a water bath and add 1 tbsp sunflower oil for shine.

looks superb cake, congratulations! And it does not sound to complicated preparation, I overcame, maybe even past Christmas season, and earlier :) But St. Valentine is really original proposal!

I'm glad you like it! I personally like only last photo, it was for my husband and became the most successful!
