I have not done until now lentil meatballs. I became interesting and addition of groats. As perform recipe will give an opinion. For now goes to favorites.

We did them and got very tasty. Instead of frying, however, they baked in a hot oven and therefore were more suhichki (but with sauce goes great). I was skeptical how will a mixture that can be formed by these products, but it received wheat flour and shape of the balls was very easy. My water was small and did not need draining (even in the final mixture added extra). Another thing I noticed is that the red lentils does not need so much cooking - for about 15 minutes turned into a smooth mash. Ooh, do not forget - made dose and half and received 35 balls ... so that a single dose would probably become over 20 - that's pretty :) Overall successful recipe, thanks Eli.

Bravo, Heavy, you have received great :). Incidentally red lentils of different manufacturers is sometimes different. And to me has happened to vary in texture, but generally it is always after the 10th minute of the mess. :) Very good of you to think and garlic sauce as far as I can see from the photo :)
