Liver with white wine

Ingredients
300 g liver
3 small onions
250 ml dry white wine
fat for frying (the original recipe goose fat)
salt
pepper
Method
Finely chopped onion stew in of the fat. The liver fry in a separate fat. Transfer to a large bowl and keeps warm. Fat discarded from the pan and in its place put the wine, add stewed onions and leave on low heat until the liquid boil off in half. Fried liver pour the sauce and sprinkle with spices. Serve immediately.
