Livers with carrots

Ingredients
1 kg chicken livers
3-4 carrots
2 onions
1 cube chicken or vegetable broth
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp pepper
1 bay leaf
1/3 tea cup . sunflower oil
1/3 cup water
100-150 g cheese
5-6 olives for decoration
1 tsp salt

Method
Livers, cleaned and washed cut into smaller pieces and mix with chopped freckles onions, carrots into large cubes, the oil, water, spices and bouillon cube. Bake for about 30 minutes in a medium heated oven. Shortly before they are ready to uproot, sprinkle with grated cheese and olives lining. Dopicha enough to melt the cheese and serve warm.
