Loins Marine miracle

Ingredients
1 kg of fish carp
250 g salo
3 onions
2 eggs
100-150 g of white bread
2 tbsp mayonnaise
Method
Salt fish is boned meat and goes through the mincer. Separately in the trimmer pass onions and salo. Then everything is mixed and still run through it. The resulting mixture add salt, and thereto is added two beaten egg and bread soaked in water. Formed into cutlets and fry on low heat.
