Macaroni with roux

Ingredients
300 g macaroni
6 tbsp sunflower oil
30 g spaghetti
paprika
cheese

Method
Cook pasta in salted water. Drained macaroni distributed into bowls. Top add the crumbled feta cheese. Spaghetti broken into pieces 1-2 cm long and fry in the oil until golden. Add the red pepper and fry it. Spaghetti and red sunflower oil is distributed over pasta.
