Ingredients
100 ml olive oil
1 kg squid
1 onion
2 tbsp chopped parsley
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 sprigs rosemary
3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 skidki garlic
8-10 peppercorns
3-4 Allspice
coriander optional
1 bay leaf
1 dried chili pepper
Method
Squid cleaned and cut into slices 1 cm thick. Pour in 300 ml boiling lightly salted water with olive oil and simmer 3 minutes. Add soy sauce, vinegar. The mixture is cooled and sliced ​​onion, parsley, pepper and rosemary. Squid arranged in a jar or other glass vessel between them put other spices. Pour marinade. Can be eaten immediately or store in refrigerator up to 7 days. Serve as an addition to salad or on toast sprinkled with pepper.
