200 g coconut flakes (sweetened)
240 ml cold water
21 g gelatin
400 g sugar
240 ml light corn syrup or honey
1/4 tsp salt
2 tbsp vanilla extract

Heat the oven to 160 C and the coconut husk is roasted (paper) for 7-10 minutes, until golden brown, stirring occasionally. Remove and cool. Stored in hermetically sealed containers at room temperature. Durability is up to two weeks.
