Ingredients
1 kg potatoes
1-1 and 1/2 cup milk
2 yolks
75 g butter
salt
paprika
Method
Cook potatoes, then blending, add the milk, which are both broken yolks, the butter and the salt. Puree put to boil, stirring to become smooth and fluffy. Divide into portions and served with a poached egg cooked. Optional pour the egg lightly fried butter with paprika. Half of the milk may be replaced with the juice of parsley, celery, carrots or cabbage.
