Mazurka with chocolate

Ingredients
1 and 1/4 cup (250 g) flour
120 g margarine
2 yolks
1 egg white
1 and 1/4 cup (250 g) powdered sugar
cream
pinch of baking soda
10 g butter
2 tbsp (20 g) cocoa
1/2 cup (100 ml) milk

Method
Sift the flour with 1/2 cup (100 g) powdered sugar and baking soda, is added chopped margarine, and the mixture was triturated. Add egg yolks and cream, make hard dough and divided into 3 parts. Two-thirds of the dough is rolled out in the form of a rectangle, place in pan, cut correctly and all are coated with egg white. Place top cylinders, made from the third third of the dough and lightly pressed to adhere well. Baked in a hot oven to yellowing. In hot milk add 3/4 cup (150 g) powdered sugar and a little soda water, boil, stirring constantly, until the glaze thickens slightly. Add the butter, a little cocoa and boil until the required density. With the resulting glaze pour the cake after it has cooled down. can decorate with cherries or caramelized orange peel.
