Meatballs with eggs

Ingredients
10 eggs
300 g cheese
1 bunch parsley
3 slices (200 g) biscuit
salt
pepper
vegetable oil for frying meatballs
Method
Eggs are broken down and add to finely milled rusk, grated cheese, chopped parsley, salt and pepper to taste. The mixture was stirred well. With spoon pour a little of the mixed preheated oil and fry the meatballs.

Many original recipe. Would think, but better that site. There are many different and delicious recipes. how this man is?

And can you instead of cheese to put cheese or anything else. I personally think to mix cheese and cheese and see what happens.
