Ingredients
1 kg peppers
3 eggs
flour, breadcrumbs
250 g feta cheese
pepper
parsley
10 ml sunflower oil

Method
The peppers are baked, peeled and very finely chopped . It may also be used roasted peppers from a jar. To these are added 1 egg, 1 egg yolk, grated feta cheese, black pepper, parsley, salt and a mixture of bread crumbs and flour so as to obtain a mixture with a density of minced meatballs. Meatballs are made with wet hands, rolled in flour, dip in beaten egg and fry in sunflower oil.
