Meatballs sprat

Ingredients
2 eggs
1 kg sprat
3 tbsp flour (peak)
2 onions
salt
sunflower oil for frying

Method
Separate the egg yolks from the whites. Clean sprat of heads, tails and entrails, then cut in two. Cut stalks spring onions finely. Beat the egg whites with the salt until blanching, add the beaten egg yolks. Add flour and mix to form a mixture with a consistency boza. Put the onion and sprat. Heat the oil in a frying pan or small pot. Take a tablespoon of the mixture, pour it into the oil, as a spoon can click above mixture to not get fat meatballs. Fry them until golden and remove on napkin to drain the fat.
