500 g minced meat
1 small onion
2 tbsp tomato juice (1/4 cup grated tomatoes)
3 tbsp breadcrumbs or the middle of the 3 slices of dry bread crumbs
salt and spices to taste (savory, black pepper, oregano, thyme)

January Minced meat mixed with spices, tomato juice, grated onion, 1 egg and 1 egg yolk (egg whites spend it) and breadcrumbs and leave it for 30 minutes in the refrigerator. Then spreading ordering eggs, cut in halves and cucumbers cut into julienne, turn in place appropriate (aluminum) pan. Beat egg whites with a fork and spread roll with it. Pour 1/3 cup water on each side of the roll. Put the pan on top BBQ for 20 minutes at 180C. Then remove the pan and the BBQ, remove the roll on a plate, put the pan on the bottom of the pan, put the top back top BBQ and put the roll with baked bottom part. They sank the oven again for 20 minutes at the same temperature. Then turn it around again and dopichate another 20 minutes again to 180C. And I'm curious because I did another one, but lower BBQ. Put the pan on the bottom BBQ and turn the oven for 20 minutes at 200C. Then turn in the pan upside down and bake another 30 minutes of 200C. Again turn and dopichate the same temperature another 20 minutes. Optional can serve with sauce prepared the sauce, which has placed the roll, pour it in a pan with 1/2 cup topping put hot water on the stove and boil, add 1 tsp flour minute remove from heat. For better taste can add 1/2 cup cooking cream and boil remove from fire.
