Meatloaf with omelet with peppers and cheese

250 g minced meat
1 onion
spices of your choice
# For the omelet:
3 eggs
4 peeled roasted red peppers
50 g of crumbled feta cheese
50 g cheese
Meatloaf with omelet with peppers and cheese

Minced meat is kneaded with chopped onion and spices and put in the fridge to harden slightly. During this time make an omelette from the beaten eggs crumbled feta cheese and peppers. Of baking paper spread minced meat, top put the finished omelet cold and turns to roll. Bake at 200C until ready to mince, put the cheese on top and bake until ready cheese. Cut is cooled to not fall apart while cutting warm.
