Ingredients
8 veal medallions
4 slices ham (about 100 g)
salt
flour
pepper
4 tbsp cream
4 tbsp broth
fat frying
Method
Medallions, slightly bruised, is salting and pressed into a flour, and then fried in hot fat. Remove to a warm plate and scatter pepper. In the fat fry the ham (just to warm). Medallions rank two, as between them put a piece of ham. Fat frying of diluted broth and cream and poured into medallions.
