2 cucumbers
4 tomatoes
1 carrot
1 slice red cabbage
1 onion
3 eggs
100 g cheese
20 olives
200 g feta cheese
basil
1 lemon
parsley
olive oil

Method
Cucumbers and tomatoes cut into cubes, carrots and onions sliced, red cabbage julienne. All vegetables are mixed and dispensed into individual bowls. On each portion put two slices of feta cheese, sprinkled with plenty of fresh or dry basil. Lettuce topped with chopped hard-boiled eggs, cheese, olives, parsley and lemon slices. Seasoned with salt, lemon juice and thoroughly watered with olive oil.
