Mexican quinoa

Ingredients
3 cups sprouted quinoa
1 cup Corn
1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/2 cup red pepper, diced
1/2 cup fresh chopped coriander
# For the dressing:
1 and 1/2 tbsp chopped fresh onion
1 clove garlic
1 tsp sea salt
1 pinch cayenne pepper
1/2 cup olive oil
3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
Method
In a deep bowl mix quinoa, corn, red onion, onion, pepper and coriander. Mix well and pour dressing, prepared by mixing all ingredients listed. The salad is especially suitable for the cold months, because it products are high in egg white, amino acids and vitamins that support the body fresh and healthy.
