Put the milk to warm. Add sugar, vanilla, 100 g of pure butter, grated orange peel. Then carefully add while stirring and semolina to give a smooth cream. Pull the fire and wait to cool slightly. Beat the eggs and add them, as we do not stop stirring. Spread with remaining part of pure butter the bottom and sides of the pan, put the 3 leaves, so as to cover the sides of the pan to avoid sticking cream smeared them each sheet with butter. Pour the cream, covered with leaves, brush with butter. Preheat the oven in advance and the prepared cake bake in moderate oven 180C until baked sheets are separated from the walls of the tray itself asks acquire deep, golden color. Leave to cool and Serve sprinkled with powdered sugar and cinnamon.

Something like bougatsa, right? Sounds very interesting, put Bookmark

Rally, hello dear! Yes, something like that. I admit, sometimes just put underneath sheet and cut out with a knife, what is superfluous. Another time, as I have described. Complexity is only to get a little more rare cream before baking because thicken anyway. Even if I see a thick add a little water eye. We do like, and there are many oils and so on. Light and for dessert and breakfast.

I think these days to try, like me, that is served cold and I can prepare it in advance :)
