Milk rice - III type

Ingredients
150 g rice
750 ml milk
2/3 cup sugar (or to taste)
1 pinch salt
1 capsule vanilla (2 sachets of powder)
cinnamon for sprinkling

Method
Rinse rice 3-4 times in lukewarm water. Milk heated with 200 ml water, add salt. When the mixture boil, pour the rice. Let it cook on a slow fire. When little liquid remains, sprinkle with sugar. Once the sugar has melted, add vanilla, transfer into bowls, sprinkle with cinnamon.
