Mince with dock

Ingredients
500 g minced meat
1 onion
1/2 cup sunflower oil
about 1/3 cup rice
1 and 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp pepper
40 leaves dock
parsley
Method
Dock is cleared by cutting the solid, washed well and cut in large pieces . Minced meat, chopped onions, wash the rice, salt and red pepper and black pepper put in a saucepan and add dock, the oil, and 1 1/2 cups water and parsley. Mix everything and put to boil. Occasionally stir if it thickens add very hot water. Boil for 35 minutes, and during the last 10 minutes simmer. Serve with yogurt and garlic and optional.
