Ingredients
500 g flour
250 g sugar
1 tsp melted honey
200 g yogurt
1 package dry yeast (7 g or 500 g flour)
about 1 / 2-1 cup lukewarm water
2 tbsp sunflower oil
1 yolk spreads
sheet of 1/2 lemon
sheet of 1/2 orange

Method
Sift the flour, half of the flour is mixed with yogurt, yeast and sugar. Allow to rise for about 40 minutes. Then, as is effervescent mixture is added the other ingredients (such as honey is melted in a microwave or stove). Involved medium soft dough. Leave to rise for 1 hour in a warm place. Portions of the risen dough is made wick is divided into pieces. Knit Small kozunacheta 5 wick. Put in an oiled tray and rise for about 1 hour. Brushed with egg yolk on top and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees. * Can be shaped and small buns with filling.
