Mini Pavlova dessert with pomegranate

1 large pomegranate (the size of a very large grapefruit) or 2 medium sized pomegranate
# For tseluvchenata mixture:
2 egg whites from large eggs
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1/2 tsp vinegar
# For the cream:
1 cup cream
sugar (to taste)
1 tsp vanilla
# For the sauce:
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp water
4 tbsp cocoa

Egg whites are broken down into hard snow, with vinegar. These carefully added powdered sugar, stirring until a smooth mixture. Place on a greased tray foil or baking paper. Tseluvchenata mixture of form 6 small round shapes, leaving slightly concave in the middle (there then put whipped cream). Bake at a low temperature around 120C degrees for about an hour and a half, until the mixture becomes crispy outside. Kisses are left to cool in the oven, not broken off by the abrupt change in temperature. cream mix of foam and sweetened with sugar to taste (I put 4 tbsp). is added and vanilla and mix until a smooth mixture. Pour the cream and carefully formed on cold tseluvcheni forms. products for the sauce mix and put to boil on the stove. Can be heated in a microwave by subsidence for about 20 seconds and stir. Back and put on another 20 seconds and stir again, and so on until boil.
