Ingredients
3 boiled potatoes
100 g peas
250 g sausage
150 ml milk
2 eggs
sunflower oil
pepper
salt
Method
In small bowls refractory rank pieces boiled potatoes, boiled canned peas and chunks of sausage. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, scatter with sunflower oil and pour a mixture of milk and beaten eggs. Bake in a hot oven and served in bowls, which is roasted. Appropriate garnish for this dish is lettuce.
