Moussaka with mushroom sauce

Ingredients
1 kg mushrooms
2 onions
1 cup Rice
60 g butter
1 cube mushroom broth
# TOPPING:
500 ml milk
2-3 tbsp flour
2 tbsp butter
salt, pepper
3 eggs (separate whites and yolks)
Method
Mushrooms are cut julienne and fry in the butter, until soft. Add chopped onion and when it is tender, put the washed rice well. When the rice begins to become glass, all products are loaded into the pan, pour 3 cups water, add bouillon cube mushroom dish and bake in a moderate oven for 20-30 minutes. Gently fry flour in the butter and pour in the milk, stirring constantly, to thicken slightly. Remove from heat, add salt to taste and stir occasionally cooled down. Yolks are broken foam, and egg whites of snow. To the mixture is first added yolks, mix well, and then carefully added egg whites, with only a slight stirring. This sauce is watered moussaka and bake in the oven again, only upper wire until lightly browned. Serve with fresh salad.
