Mousse of smoked salmon

Ingredients
150 g smoked salmon
100 g cottage cheese
80-100 g sour cream
1 clove garlic
dill
fresh cucumber

Method
Fish is cleaned of skin and bones. Cream and the cottage cheese is heated gently to soften. All products without cucumber is chopped in a blender. If necessary, add more salt. Cucumber cut into wafers with a thickness of 0.5 cm and sprayed on her musat. On top sprinkle with chopped dill. Musat served previously cooled.

Many delicious mousse, thanks for the great recipe. I put cottage cheese instead of ricotta and dropped heating products because hurry. Jump ground everything and it was perfectly smooth, but it was very tasty and ate quickly. Besides cucumber, many go with crackers or toasted bread.

I did it a second time, this time dropped the warming and it was very smooth. With cold cream and cheese / cottage cheese mixture became very sticky and hard to get in bold chopper, but are warm this problem is gone. Well, in both cases it was delicious and ate with pleasure :)
