Muffins with cranberries and white chocolate

Ingredients
240 g flour
100 g grated white chocolate
50 g muesli with blueberries
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 and 1/2 cup blueberries (fresh or canned)
1 egg
250 ml cream
60 g melted butter

Method
Heat the oven to 180 C. In the form of muffins put 12 paper muffin bottoms. In a large bowl mix the flour, grated chocolate, muesli, baking powder, salt and blueberries. In another bowl, whisk the eggs together with melted butter and cream. This mixture was poured into a mixture of flour and other ingredients and mix until homogeneous. Then distributed in trays of muffins. Muffins bake 25-30 minutes, then check with a toothpick - Prick out and if dry, so the muffins are ready. Vyadat from oven and allow to cool completely.
