Muhamara (Muhammara)

Ingredients
5 roasted red peppers (peeled)
1/3 cup bread crumbs
1/3 cup chopped leek
1/3 cup olive oil
3/4 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 tsp chopped chilli
3 cloves crushed garlic
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tsp pomegranate molasses (optional)
1/4 tsp ground cumin

Method
Peppers cut into pieces. In a blender put bread crumbs, add 2 tbsp water and stir puree, if necessary add a little more water. In a small frying pan fry the onion until light brown. Add to bread puree, add the peppers, olive oil and crashed. Add other products and mix again. If needed, add more oil. Serve with cake-bread, vegetables or kebabs. Mahamara spicy red appetizer that can be served hot or cold.
