Ingredients
200 g nettle
1 onion
1 carrot
1 tomato
4 tbsp sunflower oil
1/3 cup vermicelli
100 g feta cheese
2 eggs
salt
parsley
mint
savory

Method
Onions and carrots are cut and placed in boiling water. Once softened add the washed and chopped nettles, the oil, salt, savory, mint, grated tomato and noodles. Boil until ready. Thicken with beaten eggs and crumbled feta cheese, sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley.

Very nice supichka. I used green onions and grated carrots, then pozaparzhih them and then in the recipe. Tasty and useful.
