Ingredients
2 cooked chicken legs
2-3 tbsp butter
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp ground cumin
2-3 tbsp cream
3/4 tsp savory, salt
# For the sauce :
3-4 tomatoes
2-3 chilies
1 onion
8-10 grains of cardamom
1 tbsp ginger paste
Method
In a deep frying pan put the chopped tomatoes, onions and peppers. Flavored with cardamom and ginger paste. Allow the mixture to thicken. To the finished sauce add the paprika, cumin, savory and the butter. Pour the chopped chicken and add salt to taste. Mix well and leave to simmer on the stove for about 5 minutes. Finally, pour the milk cream.
