Paleneni chicken fillet with vegetables

Ingredients
1 onion
1 clove garlic
carrot 1
1 yellow pepper
1 small zucchini
4 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp curry
1 pinch black pepper
1 tbsp honey
4 chicken fillets
100 ml cream for cooking
100 ml vegetable broth
Method
Onions and garlic with chopped. All vegetables are washed and cut into small cubes. Onions, garlic and vegetable sauté in 2 tbsp olive oil, stirring constantly. Then add honey and spices mixture and remove from fire. Fillets are crushed thin and salted. In each put in 1 portion of the padding, and is folded in the middle (may be stuck with a toothpick to not open). Fillets fried in olive oil rest for about 3 minutes on each side. After they are subtracted, and the remaining oil is put cream and broth and leave the fire until the sauce thickens. In the thickened sauce add other vegetables of the filling and fried fillets and leave the fire for about 5 minutes. Fillets served with a little sauce.
