Ingredients
100 g feta cheese
2 eggs
1 cup flour
1/2 cup milk
2 tomatoes
3 tbsp sunflower oil
salt

Method
Eggs are broken down with flour, milk and a little salt on a flat table. The oil becomes heated in a large pan or round baking dish. Pour the mixture and cook until the pancake is set. Then top rank sliced ​​tomatoes, and sprinkle grated feta cheese and a little savory. Bake another 15-20 minutes in a hot oven. Cut into pieces and serve warm.
