Pancakes with spinach and broccoli

Ingredients
350 g flour
6 eggs
650 ml milk
salt
melted butter
2 carrots
500 g spinach
1 head broccoli
oil
pepper
2-3 tbsp olive oil
Method
Cold milk is poured into a bowl, gradually add the flour, stirring the mixture with a wire stirring to not get lumpy. Were added one by one, and the eggs a pinch of salt and stir to obtain a homogeneous mixture, which was allowed to stand for 2 hours. Peel and cut the carrots into sticks, clean and wash spinach and broccoli tear of flowers. Vegetables are steamed for 10 minutes in a Teflon pan with 2-3 tbsp olive oil, seasoned with pepper and keep warm. Fried pancakes are prepared from a mixture, each ready smeared with a little butter. Put it in a little of the mixture on the vegetables in the middle of each pancake, folding the ends so as to form a small packet, which is fastened with toothpicks and serve immediately.
