600 g ready bechamel sauce
600 g canned tuna
400 g asparagus (frozen)
360 g pasta of your choice
20 g feta cheese Pecorino
80 g feta Parmesan cheese
5 tbsp butter
2 tbsp milk
salt, pepper, nutmeg
