Pea flour and sausage

Ingredients
4-5 tbsp sunflower oil
1/2 cup flour
1 onion
3 cups canned peas
1 skinless sausage or other sausage
salt
paprika
Method
Peas (with water from the can) put in a pan over low heat to boil. In a separate pan, fry the onion and flour, gradually pour in a little water until the mixture thickens. Add salt and pepper. Once the roux is ready, it is a cutting sausage. Peas, pour the prepared mixture.
