Ingredients
400 g canned peas
3 tbsp (60 g) rice
6 tbsp (60 ml) vegetable oil
1-2 heads (100 g) onion
1 tsp (5 g ) paprika
3-4 cloves garlic
vinegar
salt
Method
Peas pour in boiling water and boil until soft. Add the rice and salt to taste. Finely chopped onion stew in the oil until soft, stained with red pepper and pour in the boiling soup. After ten minutes, the broth is removed from the fire, seasoned with crushed garlic and vinegar to taste and serve.
